Installation
In general, all you need is a stable internet connection and you're good to go.
Don't worry, the main functionalities are working independent of "the cloud" within your local network. Only non-critical features are available in the cloud, like statistics and the CMS.
We'll deliver the ordered parts, preconfigured, labeled and with instructions.
Basic setup
The "package" contains the components you've ordered and a small computer with an antenna. That's basically it. Depending on the size and amount of rooms, additional small devices might be necessary for extending the range of the network.
Advanced
Orchestrating with your existing technologies, devices and special requests should work most of the time. We shall find a solution.
PMS
Since there are so many and quite good PMS already out there, we don't have one of our own.
We connect to existing PMS and give recommendations, if you so wish.
Our components
Smart Thermostat
Your heating units will automatically reduce temperature when guests check out, or the room registers as empty. You can program your own rules or even have AI take over.
If guests open a window the thermostat automatically shuts off, and opens when the window is closed again.
Digital doors
Guests can go directly to their booked room. Which means, you can keep your front desk, but you don't have to.
Lights control
No matter how many lights or switches there are. The guest has them all under control. Switch them on or off by one button or individually. Create your own scenes and more.
Basically anything that has two states can be controlled by this component.
Equipment control
A separate component for the more difficult stuff. But you can also control the AC or the TV. Anything via infrared or other radiowaves.
City Pass
Customers can order or store the city card easily in the app.
We can also provide automation for the ordering process in your town.
Guests will not only have the card available digitally, suggestions, plans, possibilities and opening hours can be included. No need to open the respective pages.
Hotels' Information
No need for paper and difficult updates anymore.
Information about breakfast, opening hours, spa, telephone numbers and anything else, is easily available to the guest.
You can update yourself anytime.
Interactive cleaning
Guests can notify whether they want the room to be cleaned.
